1) Login to your LGF account by clicking icon on the top-right of the website. Once logged in you will see the history of past purchases, click on "manage subscriptions" on the right side
2) Click individual products in your subscription, if you have more than 1 product in your subscription, then edit each one separately –
3) Choose one of the action items and follow the steps
Since these are subscription orders the refund needs to be processed through the RECHARGE app, not through Shopify. Please process the refund in Shopify.
